Hey Teresia,
There is something I've been carrying quietly in my heart for a while, and today I finally found the courage to put it into words.
Every time we talk, somehow my day becomes a little brighter. You have this beautiful way of making me smile without even trying. Sometimes I catch myself thinking about our conversations long after they've ended.
I don't know exactly when it happened, but somewhere between our conversations, your smiles, and all those little moments, you slowly became someone my heart started looking for.
At first, I told myself that it was just friendship. But the more I got to know you, the harder it became to convince myself of that.
I started noticing the little things about you β your smile, your laugh, the way you express yourself, and the way you somehow make ordinary moments feel special.
And honestly, Teresia, there are moments when I see your name appear on my phone and I smile before I even open the message. I don't think that's something I can call "just friendship" anymore. π©·
I was scared to tell you because a part of me wondered whether I was enough, or whether you could ever feel even a little of what I feel.
But sometimes the heart doesn't ask for permission. It simply chooses someone.
And somehow, my heart chose you. π©΅
So here is the simplest truth I can give you: I really like you. More than I know how to explain. β€οΈ
Maybe your heart doesn't feel the same way, and that's okay. I don't want these feelings to become pressure on you. I just wanted you to know what has been quietly living inside my heart.
Whatever your answer is, I will still appreciate the beautiful moments we've shared. I don't want one confession to change the friendship and memories that mean so much to me.
If you ever wonder why I wrote all this, it's simply because some feelings become too beautiful to keep completely silent.
Thank you, Teresia, for being yourself β and for somehow making my world feel a little warmer just by being part of it. π©·
I don't know what tomorrow holds, but I'm glad that somewhere along the way, I got the chance to know you.
